This is because you have an m (notebook) on-board GPU. It is an allocated memory thing.

What you can do is change a line in your preferences.script file:

gfx_video_memory - change from 0 to 1073741824 and it should unlock those graphics options.

The preferences.script file is located:

%appdata%\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\Scripts

You can find the AppData folder by pressing windows key / start button and typing %appdata% into the box.

It is a hidden folder, so perhaps you will have to allow these to be visible.
(instructions for which can be found at www.lmgtfy.com)

I can't do this because the Napoleon folder is in the steamapps and not in the AppData folder, Any other methods?

There ought to be a Napoleon folder also in the roaming directory..:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts

It is there for me for all CA games (plus a bunch of other games too).

The Napoleon in Steamapps is where the game files are - you gotta edit the config files, that are stored in the appdata :)

Wait, you only have 4GB of RAM?
