How to build Artillery

So been playing for a while and I still don't know how to build light howitzers and such? any help would be greatly appreciated ! thanks :)

You need a Cannon Foundry in the region.

Edit: Then you need to upgrade it and research the appropriate technologies to get better artillery up to the Howitzers.

crap, i forgot to add I was asking about the WW1 mod..... sorry, I cant built arty in the mod
