Ready, aim, nothing.
What's wrong with my artillery? I ordered'em to fire at enemy's line infantry and nothing happened. They loaded, turned cannons and *pfff* nooothing. I won that battle with my soldiers, but casualties stopped my march on Berlin. Any1 knows what happened to my artillery?

if u r using artillery w/ round shot it's much better to aim manually
simply target the ground slightly in front of the enemy unit

n once they are close enough change to canister shot

A common bug, better just let them shoot where they please or not get them at all.
