Well, Napoleon Campaign Europe, and Coalition counts as Grand Campaign.

Yes it does.
Started the Italy campaign, and after a fewish turns, getting people and troops where I wanted them, and maybe one skirmish on the roads, a message pops up saying only 20 turns left to finish campaign... like, are they talking the ENTIRE campaign (do I need to speed-steamroll my way across the map?), or a current mission (which is still conquer a city on the OTHER side of the map)?
My understanding is there is no 'grand campaign', but are all the game campaigns this quick-rushed?
and if yes, What are suggested mods to give a grand campaign feel, much longer in a sense of amount of turns.

cheers in advance :)

The (French) Italian & Egyptian campaigns are the short ones, with the intrusive time-limits.

"Campaigns of the Coalition" are free-for-alls across the whole European theatre, where you take on the role of one of the, uh, members of the Coalition. They last from 1805 until 1812.

To access the French version of this "grand campaign", you must first pass the two French sub-campaigns. Yes, they are quick & heavily scripted, with time-limits. But beat them & you get to take on Europe as Nappy (basically the same as the Coalition campaigns, but from the other side).

Also, if you really cannot abide the short campaigns, start an Italian campaign as France, then exit. Then start an Egyptian campaign & exit. Then you'll be able to start a European campaign as France.

1. TW:N? TW:E? WTF?
2. No mod changes the map size/scale, not even DMN.

I'm sorry to hear that you're learning disabled.

TW:N = Total War: Napoleon
TW:E = Total War: Empire

Never did I claim that DarthMod changes the map size. It does however, increase the unit sizes significantly, thus increasing the scale.

Best of luck in the future.
