how do you build the garages on the surface?

It's not implemented into the game (but the devs said it will be in the next update I think). That makes certain buildings far more valuable than others. You can use these buildings without garage to hire more guards

updating is today the possibility of building a garage, but do not know how. Open the game and see for yourself

I managed to build a garage but it was buggy and I got some error message that I ignored. It takes 2 slots and the slots need both be empty.

i cloud build a garage but only when more then 3 empty rooms on the top floor are free.

Guys, they are buildable on top floor. You need to click on one of 2 empty rooms and select Garage in room shop.

I just fired up the game briefly and apparently you can't build a second garage, correct? And, by your statement above are you saying you must also have side by side empty rooms (2), is that also correct?

You can build if you have enough space. I've build. And yes, empty rooms side by side.

I have built a garage, however I cannot destroy it once I have built it.
