For my first lesson, I will teach you the 4 different kind of building in this game:

- Production Building
- Seller Building
- Guard Building
- Wheel Building

Production building are mostly used to produce stock.

Your "Start District" is the biggest production building, but you could add "Construction Site", "Substation" and "Huge Building"

Production building have a lot of Free room in their basement to produce and store the stock, and a garage to ship it to seller place.

If Production building can sell by themself, they produce far too much to get empty.

Seller Building, from little "Bar" to "Market Place" are used to sell shiped goods
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=470259288&fileuploadsuccess=1

They have a garage, but just enough space to sell, store your production and allow some rest to your staff.

They are the most probably raided place by police... and by you.
They are numerous and you do really need them to sell.

At all cost, keep one guard in Production and Seller building either to protect it, or to take a tired Worker/Seller shift.

NB: about Marketplace, you can also use it to produce goods or hire guard.

Now, Guard Building, as "Silo" and "Old Bunker"
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=470259672&fileuploadsuccess=1
Absence of Garage make so that we can't use this building to produce or sell our produc.

BUT

They can be used to hire Guard and so, made you able to expand our turf.

NB: rest room are useless in this building if no one is here, I mostly add them for decoration.

"Garage" and "Car Service" are the Wheel Buildings

Their only purpose is to bring you the tires needed to run shipement.
Gupy UwU Jun 27, 2015 @ 6:29am
My second lesson ias about production itself.

A storeroom can't stock more than 2 kind of goods.
So I suggest you to produce "Green" and "Pink" product first, because "Green" cheapness and then, switch from "Green" to "Brown" for rentability.

Make more than 2 kind will lead you to need more store space, uselessly spend money on it, and more shipement to move it, wasting your trucks' time.

And for Three, about fight.

Once you are engaged in a fight, your faithfull employed will face anyone standing.

One guard can easily defeat a cops.
But for HogHead or Shield, you will need about 3 guards each.

And about raid, there can be as much as 6 cops and shield coming.
If you don't have money for bribe, you better have to ask your employed to leave the place.
They are more usefull at working than dying.

Let's go deeper shall we?

I going to talk about some number, so if you're bad at maths and feel uneasy, skip it.

4 lesson tiredness
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=472408805&fileuploadsuccess=1

The more your employed work (sell, cook...) they lost stamina.
As you see, if they are under 20-25% stamina, both their Production and Sellrate are cut by 4.

So, always made some rest room and let them take some rest.
A 1 room for 3-5 employed sounds good.

Now things start to get serious.

Lesson 5: Evolution

Here you can see the evolution of 2 worker, 1 guard and 1 seller.

Each level, with a maximum of 4, both MaxHp, Xpneeded, Production, Damage, Sellrate and Spread growth by 25% (approx)

Stamina as Wage remain fix.

As evolution is the same for all, it's mean that you want to buy the best at the start to have the most in the end.

<2/d production Worker, <16.5/d sellrate seller... the more you take, the more you get... and the more you pay.

Also, you can see that Worker are better Seller than Guard, and that Seller cook more than Guard and are stronger than Worker, making Seller the most polyvalent men of the game.

You 1Xp when working (cooking, selling) and 10Xp when defeating a cop.
When a employed reach a new level, his health will be fully replened.

And, to close today class, let's see about production.

Lesson 6: production
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=472836557

You can easily estimate your production and so your potential profit.
Lab description show you how much you can produce by day.

2.4 green 100$
2.2 pink 125$
2 brown 150$
1.8 blue 165$

A Worker will cost 35$/d, but could double your production, giving you:

445$potential (green)
515$potential (pink)
565$potential (brown)
559$potential (blue)

Of course, you must include Seller wage (45$/d), but 1 Seller can sell 2-3 worker production per day.

So, a team of 2 Workers and 1 Seller can make 1.000$/d of profit.

Nice info but not valid since the new release. Employees cost/day goes up as they level.:steamsad:

Here are some fairly specific instructions to walk all over a small map:

Begin by building 4x locker rooms, hire 8 employees, no need to "find more" just hire whoever has the highest damage rating until you have 8. Next, send them all to attack the prison(s), followed by every other location on the map.

Congrats, it's probably day 2 or 3 and you control the entire map. Sell all of the rooms you don't need, this should get you back to around your starting $5k.

Setup production with your inmates in your starting building, only produce adam. Setup selling in the gangs old hideout.

Fire all vehicles, sell all garages except one (hopefully keep one where that building is the parking garage or bikers club) and upgrade it. Hire 2 buses.

Slowly replace your inmates with Walter Whites. In your dealership, slowly replace all non-red shirt employees with all red-shirt employees.

Build an item shop, upgrade it, arm every single red shirt with a taser. Arm every Walter White with a respirator. Start buying upgrade books for your recruits. For your Walter Whites, you want Stamina and Production, for your red shirts, you want health, damage, and stamina.

When you get raided at your dealership, grab all of your folks and go to the next spot over that is empty, wait for the cops to get there, choose fight, transport them all back. If you have six people armed with tasers, you can defeat the cops, every single time.

Expand and enjoy.

I stopped when I reached $81,000.

Cheers!
