What does Green Shirt staff do?

I finish the game, done all achievements (except the last one that is still bugged), writing a review.

And one thing that I still have question in my mind is that what does Green Shirt Staff do? : )
They seem to have similar function as Red Shirt one, but their DMG and HP is clearly lower.
And they don't seem to have better Stamina and Product than Red Shirt guys.

what about other staff types? i've seen red shirts as fighters, purple shirt as sellers and yellow lab coat as lab workers during the 3 levels i've attempted.

then i started sandbox and i see a lot more colours. does the clothes (and thus types) matter or does only the stats matter? ie.. high production means faster grow and faster sales, etc...

Good point. I couldn't wait to play Sandbox but have no clue about the staff colors

About Green production. My chem suit guys seem really slow, are they only good at producing chems, not Greens?
(maybe I just thought so, cause I had them at different training lvls)

Another question: How do i train Superjunkies when I have no way to buy books? Library and Treadmill don't seem to do much...
