Resolution change

I have just bought this game, if I go in the menu option I cannot change the resolution. it is marked as 1200x720 (i don't remember exactly the numbers) and I cannot switch it to 1920x1080. it just can't be moved.

I have also noticed that the blur effect took me 3 times going into the menu to be deactivated. each time it was again on "yes".

i did not have the same problem it is maybe the game .
