mod to skip hacking?

Is there a mod to auto-skip/win the terrible hacking minigame, or at least skip it in the intro tutorial chapter?

Yes. I use a trainer which works with the steam version of this game called:

"Alpha Protocol V1.1.0.0 Trainer +11 MrAntiFun.exe"

I only use the last 4 functions of the trainer which turn off the timers. Other features include max ammo, health etc which imo just makes the game pointless. The site is actually named MrAntiFun trainers (something like that).

Why don't you simply take first option in hacking branch and then use EMP charges instead of hacking?

because you don't have that option in the tutorial section.

just buy EMP for your gadgets and put some points into "sabotage" perks

Hacking is much, much easier if you're using a controller if you want to give that a shot.
