Really bizarre camera sensitivity issue when looking up or down?

Hey, so I have my sensitivity to set to 25. And when I'm looking left or right, or up or down, it mostly behaves and moves as you would expect.

However, if I look up at about 45 degrees or more, and then move left and right, suddenly my sensitivity is waaaaaay lower.

If I look back to horizontal, it goes back to normal?

What is happening to cause this??

looks like default settings for mouse is
Mouse sensitivity: 100
Mouse acceleration: 0
Mouse smoothing: Yes

you have yours on

Mouse sensitivity: 25
Mouse acceleration: 0
Mouse smoothing: Yes

also right above this (someone was askin about it earlier in another thread, hopefully they see this, about "Enable Camera Bob" that is default set to 100, setting to 0 cancels out the camera bob

I've got the same issue, full game not demo, haven't touched any settings and like you said, mouse slows down considerably when looking up or down.

I had this issue in the demo, deleted it and bought the full game and i dont have the issue, so maybe verify files/reinstall or its something to do with mouse smoothing/acceleration?

I'd like to continue playing the demo to make that decision, but this bug is becoming extremely frustrating to play around

I actually had the opposite issue, where the camera would shoot up or down when looking up or down, for me it started when i changed the geometry detail, and when I put it back the acceleration went away.

just buy the game, set a timer for 1h 45m, and play. issue persists or don't like the game? refund. that was my plan.

That's against the TOS of Steam Refunds, so no I'm not going to do that. There's a demo available, so I am just using that to decide.
