Private coop games possible?

I'm only seeing option for offline and online. Although there was the option to invite a fried, I've also had randoms jump in and immediately go rummaging through my chests.

Is friends/invite only coop possible?

Yes there is a private version where you can either give them a code or invite them via friends list I guess it is?

you can, by setting private online and thaaan share password (at the bottom) and no one from "non-friends" will be able to join your session

I'm not seeing private online as an option, only offline and online.
I do see the code, but not the option to make private

k, found the option - it's only available from main menu, was only able to toggle online/offline while in game

shame - had several randoms just do the typical online peasant crap of logging in, emptying all of my chests and immediately logging off - probably reckoning they are "speed running mining"

100% for sure can make private rooms, then you can either invite your friend or give them the code, code didn't work for my friend, but the invite to my private game session worked, just like the dev was stating

right now people be popping in your lobby stealing all the ore/ingots from chests then quitting so rip now gotta start the whole ore grind over

No matter what I do no one can join my private game I use the code and my son's PC tries to connect forever and times out I try to invite him and the invite comes thru a chat in steam I click it click launch game and it does nothing but launch the game does not load him into my server and im getting really sick of random people joining and just destroying stuff
