Glowing diamonds

Having trouble finding glowing diamonds for the mobile weapon, Got everything else, but can't seem to find the diamonds. Tried going to the quest markers but no luck.

Try Whaphan 2. For me it was hidden behing a secondary quest icon.

I am stuck at getting the gamma matters for the glowing extractors

All the matters can be farmed in highly corrupted planets, better above level 20, in the sites you are supposed to clean. I made an outpost on Kioka 1 just to farm those and Draconis Scales. That site I'm keeping, I will not purify it.
