4xMining bonus?
Has anyone messed around with 4 level 5 mining bonus mods. Is it overkill or is going all four a good idea? looking to make a GG mining tool.

Last time I checked with 120% I always get double, but never got x3.

Hmm yea I just took out the tier 7 miner with no mods on it at all and so far i farmed 7 shining diamond nodes and some other ores and every single time was 2 ores. Maybe its only good for lower tiered mining tools. I am also mining class.

I never paid attention to how much I was getting. I just go underground and start blasting. T8 with mining power 4, mining bonus 4, mining power 5, and stone cruncher 5. It's pretty good for going gem mining. edit: went to Talibah for some gem mining and it seems about half the time I get 2 gems and half I get 1 gem. stats are Power 11.54, Energy: 15.24, Tier 7 (Even though it's glowing and says T8, and Range 15

When I found the miner it had the level 4 stuff on it so I just threw the two level 5 mods I had on it. But the mods definitely stack as on a previous miner I put three range mods on it and I think it was up to 18 or maybe 21. I've also stacked mods on my sniper rifle to increase the fire rate

t8 dril with 4x t5 yield mods as a miner = 2-3 yield per node... without miner its 1-2 per node

Iam miner lvl 30 i test 4x T5 yield mods adn still really only 2 ore from cube.when i use 1xt5 yield same 2x ore per cube .its total broken and best is NO detailed info on skills

Yea am I hoping the devs put out one of their informational posts to describe all the mods like they did for speeders and such.

I think the mining bonus is just the chance for or how often you get double ores not the amount of ores.

read the stats... i believe t5 yield give 0.30 yield so 4 of them is 1.20 yield... instead of getting 1-2 as miner u get 2-3

miner is more op than 4 t5 yield mods btw i was knight last time and the diference in ore yield is crazy noticable as i was getting 1-2 ores with t8 drill 4 yield mods.. rememebr every extra ore is 3 more ingots.... it adds up BIG time

Mining bonus havent any stats only T5 os 0,50 what 0.50? % or 50% or what IN details is only have chance that is problem t1 or t5 same chance iam miner i have +30% extra resource and +4x T5 mining bonus i still mine only 2 resource i dont see any when i mine 3 but same i see when i use only 1xT5 minig bonus only 2
