Bugslapt on launch

so i get a bugsplat the nano second i click launch, had the same issue with the demo, checked the discord and got ignored, reported the crash and got ignored, got ghosted by the devs during the report of the demo, finally had someone tell me on reddit that i need to change the API in video_settings99 within my documents\cubic odyssey, well turns out theres no video_settings99 in that folder and theres only 2 other folders in there (Isave and save) neither of which have video_settings99 either, so can somebody for the love of god tell me how to fix this issue
