Extraction tool bonus mining yield

Hi i have question about this tool and mods. Information on mods is really bad dont know any .Ok when i use bonus minig t4- t5 mod 4x i still mine only max 2 ore from one block?.I not see any different when i use 1 bonus .I play miner + 4x bonus mining t4-5 and i still mine max 2 resource per block is any broken? . lvl 30 mining + lvl 30 miner character +t8 extractor with 4x bonus minig and only 2 resource only OMG devs balance it :( .I mined same ammout resource with crafter character and knight with same mining lvl +character lvl and tools+mods.Nothing is different
