How to clear health heart corruption?

I see one of my health hearts is corrupted. How do I clear that?

You can craft and consume light pills.
Pretty sure if you visit a nurse vendor, she clears it all too.

nurse vendore didnt work for me early on..

they are several way to clr it.
1. die
2. eat a light pill
3. consume a light shard (very exspensive)
4. use a light strike and be in inside its radius.. (you cant get hurt by it even if it lands ontop of you)
5. THE BEST WAY FREE ( return to a temple where you craft light shards, go to 2nd/3rd floor where you had to power it, and click activate again) healed for free..

Also, if you go to a planet that has a light temple and up the stairs to the top and interact with that device (the one you used on bardwell 2 to activate the temple), it will clear the corruption from your health. You don't get any prompts for it.

I think it has to be an activated light temple though.

thats a exploit that will get fixed... eventually... probably... so i wouldnt count on that method
