Pretty sure that's just a couple ships blowing up. Could be anywhere

That is a weird screen shot. Level 11 and only on "upgrade basic crafting bench" looks artificial - which means anything else in it could also be fabricated. I wouldn't worry about it iiwy

You;re wrong, it's not fabricated, but it was probably taken by the devs on a build with cheats enabled

And where is ship what i see in trailer what destroy 3 pirate ship in few sec with full HP and shield? And where is all recipe ? Why i cant craft shipp chasis ? where is rewards for complet main quests phases? this is beta test ithink

Yeah, I don't believe it's anywhere special. It's just a space view with at least one, maybe two ships having been blown up. It may be real or it may be fabricated, but it just looks like a space view of Pirate Ships being blow up...
