Achievement - Jack of all trades

i have 4 job lv10 in story mode and i didn't get the achievement
bugged or i doing wrong?

yes,i created 4 characters with difference class and lvling to 10

I don't have it myself (cba) but other people have it so it must be doable somehow.

I just tested bringing a character of each of the 3 classes I hadn't done in my main to lv 10 and got the achievement immediately.

Hmm have you tried logging in to every character after reaching 10 on the last one? Not sure if it works here, but in other games I've sometimes had to make sure to log in to previous characters/load previous saves to trigger some achievement that was cross-character/saves.
