2. You can see on the Galaxy Map the Systems you have visited, they show the Warp Portal and or the Temple and base icon on them if they have those.
3. If you open up your inventory and navigate to Discoveries then Systems, you'll have a detailed list of the discovered systems and what resources they contain + you can mark them on the map too for Warp.
4. I cant say i know what you mean there, i never lost a Warp.
Warp is only useful for undiscovered systems, use the Gate to navigate to already discovered systems. :)
Once again, if you've never gone to a system, why would we know it's name. I think personally, that they ought to remove all the names off the map. But that's just me probably.
