mobile purification ship bugged?

Hey, I unlocked the mobile purification Ship, but when I press the button nothing happens?
Ship is in the middle of the map but.....
Quest Bugged?

did you clear the map of the required corrupt domes/walkers? also i actually board the thing and interact with the item infront of the pilot chair. ive never used the button in the inventory screen

Yep, have found the same thing. If you check the map, there should be an Ancient Weapon icon. Go there and you will see the ship overhead. Board the ship and interact with the purifier in front of the pilot seat to activate it.

I have no idea why you need to jump that many hoops to trigger it, but that seems to be how it currently works.
