Is ther difrends from titan to titan ships?

Is ther any difrends from ship to ship? Or do all titens have the same base stats and then just the tier on the gear?

Only difference is gear, tier 1 ship with tier 6 gear will have the same stats as a tier 5 ship with tier 6 gear.
