Spliting stack issue

I have 3 refineries. I have a stack of 99 coal. I want to put 33 coal into each refinery. Show me how to take 33 coal from the stack of 99 to put into each refinery and it better not be split it in half until I get the desired number!!!. Implement a" split by x " feature.
