If you are going for the achievement, (No Life, 100% completion) it would be faster in the Alpha mode you are in, rather than start all over again with a new data save file. Data save files are exclusive. No progress transfers when a new one is opened. However, you will need to open a new one anyway for other achievement runs. :hp_kyu:

Yes, restarting is necessary for other achievements. It is easiest to progress in easy difficulty setting no matter what you are doing!

Unless you haven't been giving many gifts in your first run, you're probably much closer to 100% than restarting. With lots of Unique gifts already and questions answered (plus the extra cash for drinks) you should be able to garner loads of Hunie to outright buy the few missing gifts you need, which isn't available from the start.

While 15k is certainly higher than 3k, it's not like it's ever impossible. I got all the costumes and such after unlocking Alpha mode since I didn't want to bother 100%ing a fresh save.

What I'd suggest is to start a new game for the achievements that require it, then compare your progress to see which would be easier to complete from there. I'd still say that'd be your first file, but you'd know for sure by that point.
