How do you get more date gifts?
I was just wondering how you get new date gifts? I don't see anything in the store. Do they come automatically?

You have to give girls gifts that they LOVE. The one's with the little heart next to them.

That, and you have to unpack them in your inventory. And then equip them.

Ah, do you just learn which gifts are best by talking to them and getting that information unlocked?

When you're with the girl, on the store screen, a little heart will appear next to the gifts that she would love. That's your cue.

What if there aren't any items with hearts on them? Does that mean I gave that gift to another girl by accident?

It just means that there are no items currently in stock that the girl loves. Let the in-game day counter pass a bit and the store will restock with, possibly, new stuff.
