Is the facebook page official? https://www.facebook.com/huniepop It seems rather bare bones, and certainly lacking in any art. Also it is linking to a free version of the game.

It is not official. Most of the information is posted via Twitter and the dev blog (http://huniepop.com).

That's pretty much what I thought. Devs might need to have a look into that then. Would hate to see someone else cause them trouble, accidently, or not.

No developer in their right mind would launch a game on a store for profit and put it online for free a moment later. There was no post celebrating their launch either. Not to mention that the link doesn't go to their official website.

It's guaranteed to be a scam, a virus, spyware, or a keylogger. Don't try it.

Oh yeah, very very true. That was the thing that raised my eyebrow the most, followed by a lack of images. I don't tweet, but perhaps someone who does might want to drop a line there and hopefully save the devs and a bunch of others, a metric buttload of trouble down the line
