Is there anything left to do with hunie after you've maxed out all your traits?
See topic.
Once I've maxed out all my traits, is there any reason to keep talking to the girls?
Or buying them gifts, they like, apart from completing their item page?

No reason to keep talking to them other than hear new questions and to fill out their character page facts, for completionists.

Edit: I was assuming you were talking about hunie. Munie will get you items you can gift for date items and also has a chance to proc for a new hairstyle. :)
