Is it possible to revert back to censored version?

I have my reasons. Mine is naturally uncensored.

The steam version would be the censored one. If you pre-ordered or bought from the hunie pop website itself you would have the ''steamy version'' as you the dev called it.
I myself pre-ordered from the site and got a steam key along with it, so I'm fine with it.

Yeah, but even the steam version is now uncensored maybe because I've already started the steamy version once.

Aah I havent installed mine yet, so I dunno. But try TwilightDusk suggestion, that might just be it.
I think the only difference is during the sex scenes or something?

I'd have to say the photos that are send by the girls are increibly sexual and suggestive as is, if those are even more intense in the steamy version oh boy. ;p

you got it here on steam. completely delete the game and reinstall it. simple. I've done that when I've played with mods and forgot to backup the default files.

Fairly sure the "patch" turns on a flag in your saved file that loads the uncensored pictures vs censored. Really it's just a blank file with a name attached to it. The exe file is probably looking for it every time it launches, and if it's there, it activates the flag.

As posted in another thread, the save file is located in C:\Users\yournameAppData\LocalLow\HuniePot\HuniePop\

I'd probably just move/rename the save file and trying running to see if the censorship is still off on the newly created save file.

I'd check that for you but I'm lazy and don't want to play through another 5 days worth of game time to confirm.

It's the JP version of censored, which is to hide genitalia.

everything else is fair game.

The patch essentially removes the girls underwear (sic), converting the "Ecchi" to "Hentai" images. From playful to "Abnormally sexual". Yay!

The "western" version of censored is to censor blood, boobs and genitalia, swearing and foul language, dismemberment, graphic violence, sex with minors or animals, uncommon opinions, fetishes, drugs, the internet, amd whenever possible, reality itself.

I know. I want to revert back to the "panties on" version. In any case, reinstalling seems to do the trick although I have to start a new save.

Don't know if this'll help you but this is what I found out. I have both the steam and the digitial download from backing the KS. I have all the gallery images unlock for every girl but did not applied the uncensor update that the developer put out in the sticky thread to my steam copy. However, when I started my download copy (that I got through the humblebundle which is how the KS backers got ours & saved on a sepperate external hardrive) it also loaded up my steam saved game file and applied the uncensor patch too it. (closed it and then loaded up the steam game) Also I noticed that when I viewed the after sex image there where multiple images to view of it by the number in the bottom right corner. That is where you can revert/view the panties version of the CG.

I thought way back when there was supposed to be a panties, dry and steamy version option, that is the uncensored game could pick and choose. I can't find this in the options, did the devs give up on this? If any devs are reading this is it possible to add such an option to the game? Like the gentleman above I started the steamy copy from humble and it changed all my saves to that version.

First, delete the patch file from the game directory if you have it.

Then open your save file in a hex editor, go to offset 0x11d and change it from 00 (uncensored) to 01 (censored)

Hum… when I do it, the value reverts back to 00 after the game is started. And there is no uncensored_patch file to cause it. What could be the problem?
