I'm 6 laid girls in and I can't even figure out how to go to places without going there for a girl, let alone what the hell panties do or how you're supposed to use the items you get from giving the correct unique gift.

Well if you view the girls page and hover your cursor over them you can see what location they are at. The panties are just for show; like a little collection :D also to use an item for exampe your XXX Mag. While you are with the fairy just add the XXX Mag to your gift bar than drag it and drop it on here giving it to her. When you are at the beach at night time just drag and drop the item she gives you to someone than leave to a new area which causes a new chick to come around. If you want the Kitty girl you just need to buy the bag of goldfish and while outside "Beach or Campus" just view your inventory. Left click and hold on the gold fish and the right side of your screen will show a garbage bin. Drag it on that to toss and and leave the area. Tada.

I didn't have to complete the game to get that.

As soon as Kyu came available, I gave it to her and she gave me the Plushie.

The panties are not for show. Once you have all 12 panties (had sex with ALL of the girls) you can give them all to Kyu to unlock the hardest mode in the game: ALpha mode.

The tissue box you can give to Kyu and she will trade you for a date gift.
