how to change resolution/screen size of huniepop!

I am on mac osx and i need to know how to.

Don't select the native option for putting apps into fullscreen, because you'll just end up with a black screen (at least I do on my iMac). Go into the game Settings menu and change the Screen View option to full screen.

thing is i can't find my settings in the game..

I couldn't do that either, so I tried in the settings. (You find it to the right in the menu) Though when I did that, my computer flipped out and started blinking back and forth between a black screen, the game and steam. So now I keep it small at all times.

I had this same issue running Huniepop on Ubuntu Linux 14.04 and 16.04. After I installed it and started the program on my laptop, the game window defaulted to an overly large Windowed mode screen, and there was no way to see or click on the settings button at the bottom right of the screen to change it.

My native screen resolution was 1366x768; what I did was go into my display settings and rotate my screen 90 degrees, and then started the game. It started in a much smaller Windowed mode screen - then I set my display back to normal, clicked on the now accessible Settings button and adjusted the Windows mode to the largest one where I could still see everything at the bottom of the screen. You can also set it to run full screen mode if you wish.
