Is there a mod that removes the girls from the right side of the screen?

I haven't seen any mods for that, but you might be able to find a solution by looking for a custom desktop overlay program. They're normally used to float a reference panel, image or video over another program's window so it always stays on top. One you've found one, you'd just set it up to cover the portion of the screen with the cute ladies.
