Why Tiffany always asleep when Night?
BTW, how many days do i have at one file. Will it end? If i could't sex with every girl, must i re start the game from the beginning?

It's either random, or tied to a schedule of sorts. I had to pass 4 days before Lola was back in town in order to finish with her. Just keep checking and passing days till she's available.

Data save files have no time limits, you can take as many days as you like. The most common reason to start a new data file is to get an achievement.
Tiffany is most likely to be up at night on weekends (Fri,Sat).

she's asleep at night because she goes to college and has to go there in the morning and she loves her education so she wants to get up early which means going to bed early
