Uncensor not working

So I downloaded the patch, installed it correctly (I checked like 8 times), and in the bottom left corner of the title screen, it says uncensored. But I go in the gallery and all of my hard work is still censored. Do I need to earn those noods again or what? I'm on Windows 10 if that changes anything.

Try creating a new save and getting one of the naughty pics.

If it's uncensored, then you cannot uncensor pics that you got before installing.
If it's censored, then try to search for help in google.

Already did get the noods twice with the uncensored patch active. They didnt update.

EDIT: Oh now that I wrapped my 18 and a half brain cells around your statement I realised I will just reinstall the game.

DOUBLE EDIT: It didn't work, my profiles are still in the cloud and all my previously unlocked images are still censored. Anyone have any suggestions for a moron? How do I erase all my progress?

TRIPLE EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out. Sorry in advance if this is classified as spam.

This is not true, it checks the censor setting for every single thumbnail it loads when opening the gallery.

Just for the record, this game checks only one thing and it's a file with a specific name. This alone will launch the game in uncensored version. From there, you will either get normal pics or uncensored ones. So there's no magic coded patch for uncensored. Pinned thread says that.
