Venus is unlocked after you've slept with the 8 main girls. She's sort of the "final boss."

Celeste is unlocked if you try to give one of the girls the alien beacon at the beach at night. (Kyu gives it to you in exchange for your box of tissues.) She'll appear once you try to leave.

Small corrections:
1) You must also sleep with Kyu in addition to the 8 main girls in order to unlock Venus. I made that mistake and failed "pickup legend" because of it.
2) You need to give Kyu the dirty magazine in order to get the alien beacon. You get the Kyu plushie if you give her the box of tissues.
