If it doesn't you may have gone wrong somewhere.
When you see this post and respond, I'll try and guide you through whatever needs to be done.
Rather, I'll tell you how to do it very easily and simply. First of all, you'll need do something before we start.
1. On your computer, go into "Folder options">"View">uncheck "hide extensions for known files types". This will be necessary for later.
2. Next, you'll want to go "Library>right-click HuniePop->properties->local files->browse local files." in Steam. This will open the folder where HuniePop is located.
3. Make a new text document in the folder (easily done by right clicking and going "New->Text Document" and name it "huniepop_uncensored_patch.game".The first step was necessary to allow you to change the text document into a .game type file.
You're all done! The "patch" for HuniePop isn't really a patch at all. The game simply checks if "huniepop_uncensored_patch.game" exists in the game folder when launching the game, and if it is, the game will pull the uncensored game assets.
Also, you might want to go back into folder options and put the "hide extensions for known files types" option back on. Otherwise, you'll be seeing a lot of .mp3, .flac, .png, .jpeg, etc. extensions on all your files.
