Why do you think only Jessie and Lola are in huniepop 2? Its because they are grown adults, they dont attend or work as teachers in the college where huniepop takes place. Aiko has a job as a teacher plus she also mention she didnt like to travel. While audrey like most of the other girls, attend college. So I doubt they'll be dlc.
