Where is the save file located?

So, long story short, I had a save file with a 100% profile, and two other profiles with varying completions as they were used to get the last achievements. However, after my ssd got corrupted, and not backing my my data like an idiot, I didn't get to save anything in my C drive (most everything else was recoverable though). Is the save file located in the C drive? If so, I don't have a huge issue with starting over again, it'd just be nice to not have to as apparently the Steam cloud didn't save my file.
