Just go to the 'game.exe' folder then create a blank text file (by right clicking a blank place>new>text document) and then rename it to "huniepop_uncensored_patch.game" and done.

Yes. I've tested it myself, and that guide is for the "official" patch.

I don't think mine is working.

I'll copy a post I've made before.

"This^ Just because you type .game at the end doesn't make it a .game type file. I learned that recently myself. Go into "Folder options">"View">uncheck "hide extensions for known files types"
Then, when you change the extension of the game to .game, it should work."

That hide extensions for known file types really should be off by default.

If you type "folder options" into your Start Menu search (the windows button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen), it should pop-up.

It says there's a problem getting the file for some reason. Could you see if it still works for you? If it does still work, it'll probably be because where I am right now doesn't have the best WiFi. Also, where do you find the library??

make sure its huniepop_uncensored_patch.game and NOT huniepop_uncensored_patch.game.txt

If you still need help, What worked for me was making a copy of the dll file in the game files and renaming it huniepop_uncensored_patch.game, making sure to get rid of the .dll, and keeping it in the same place as the .exe and .dll file. DO NOT get rid of the old dll file, your game will crash on startup if you do
