How to Install rfDynHud Custom HUD

ive been following directions on how to install it from the official websiite and its install.txt file, but still no luck. Can anyone help?

I just downloaded it to try, followed exactly as described but my HUD is still the same.. I don't know what is going on.

so i drop the .rar file into the rfactor root folder and then put .dll file in rfactor plugin folder?

now that i managed to open the editor.exe, what do i do now?

i played around with the editor and saved the settings and the custom HUD wont display in game, whats the next step?

did it not show anything in the game ? d3d9.dll file must be lay in rootfolder

that d3d9.dll file shall be 168 kB

i finally managed to get it properly displayed. now one last thing, how do i install the 2004-2008 F1 TV Style HUD, because the current one is the 2011 HUD

Tripp, was your server down recently? I haven't been able to access it for a long time. It's my go to for mods.

it was down 2 month but online again since januari 2018 with new adress instead of trippteambla bla only tt now shorter links that way

Often it is just drag and drop files that is zipped in right folders if it is exe files [and i hate exe files]
you install things aoutmatic and you never now what files that u install on your pc. where to place the HUD pictures is here Plugins\rfDynHUD\config\data\images
look at read me in that folder ini files is how the settings is done in Plugins\rfDynHUD\config

fonts or custom font is in folder rfDynHUD\fonts
and new layouts you have download end up here rfDynHUD\widget_setsfor example ecclestone_tv_2010 ,prunn,standard it can be so much more huds out there
but this huds is ok it is the layouts what too see and when and so on i like to set different
make 2 things place over eeach other can mess up things but i like this addon because i can make my own style of HUD
