stuck in a room I can't get out of

Hey guys I'm stuck in a room where I can't get out of, it is a restart zone aswell, so how do I get out? I have this coffee thing in that room to teleport to the bank, but that doesn't help at all,
I fell threw the top and now I can't get out again. a timer is running up, but when its up it restarts in the same room... do I really have to start from the beginning?

ah damn it was my fault. sorry guys, I wasn't aware of the superman punch attack on the ground.
