Progress Bar gets stuck at 90%

This has been going on for some time now and I'm starting to wonder if I can even play the game. Whenver I open up the launcher for the game, it begins to download all of the data needed for playing. However, once it reaches 90%, aka item03.pak, it discontinues the Progress bar. I tried deleting this game and reinstalling but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Hello PixeldotWaves, the launcher files differ in sizes and some files might take longer time to download, however if you encounter an error while downloading try clearing your browsers's cache and try to patch the launcher again.
