With hook shot you need to be a little bit close to the opponet not the basket. If you stay to close in the basket you cant block.
Keep the right distance with fast and right reaction you can block him/her. Just more pratice and focus. The begining always' hard for everyone who just get stared
What do you mean by blocking you? Are you dunking? Im not quite sure but im pretty sure that C's block is more blockable than PF's.
The other dude just said everything. TIming and Positioning is everything. For HookShoots get closer. Keep on rocking bruh calm yo t*ts
As you can see C's dunk are much slower than PF's thus giving the PF more time to get close to green mark and beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of you. If you dont wanna get block increase your tussle more and itll increase the chance of your dunk being blocked.
