BugTrap crash

The game crashes as soon as it launches. After it crashes, a little "Please wait..." window appears then it says "A crash has been detected by BugTrap."

I've tried a clean reinstallation of the game, but that does not help.

Anyone had this happen before? Any fix?

Using windows 7. I reverted back to it since the update for windows 10 won't be for a while. Used to work before I swtiched to 10.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Click on the time language and region
3. Then click on the Region and Language
4. Then on the Formats-Format change it to United States..

If you're still encountering the same issue after following the steps above, try updating your graphic card driver. To do this kindly follow these steps:

1. Click Start, find Computer and right click
2. Click on Properties
3. Select Device Manager
4. Expand the Display Adapters, you should see your graphic hardware name. Right click to your graphic card’s name and select Update Driver Software.

Thank you, GM Nutmeg. Updating my graphics driver worked. I was so afraid it wouldn't work because I'm so excited to buy the Black Lightning team. I'm staying up tonight! Can't wait. :) Thanks again.
