Why i'm not create basic character SW?

when i purchase basic character then show "Not enough slots".
my id have 6 character.

This also happened to me. I think it's a bug. If you're at the point where you have so many characters that you have to pay 4k to expand a slot, it will tell you that you don't have enough slots. Hope GM fixes this soon. Tons of people can't make a SW because of this.

By default you can only create 6 characters in your account. If you wish to add another character if you reach the limit, you have to purchase a character slot which costs 4000 Points.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. Let's say I have 6, and I pay 4k to expand my slot, if I try to make a Swingman it STILL says not enough slots.

However i delete 2 character and i have 4 character (6->4) :( and i punchase again.
That can create SW but i want to know this is bug or something?

I also bought a lv24 coupon for west and unable to use it on Hakkai. Sent an email on gamekiss with my ID. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

Workaround (worked for me) Have only 4 non spc characters, since they dont require the 4k expansion, then make a SW. Oh how i miss my lv 30 C and my lv 30 PG and my rice hat + drum SF
