I play with 68-75 ping and let me tell you, you are definitely at a disadvantage at 90. For me at 68-75 I play 80% of my games at a disadvantage. The only time I would have an advantage is if I played against someone like you (which is rare in pro). Most bigs in Pro take advantage of the fact they are west and don't have to allocate many points into reb since ping > stats. I've had west sgs outrebound me unless I got lucky with chip. So I would try to play a different position or become really good at blocking and scoring to make up for the ping.
They said they would look into the server stability in Texas in the next few months so they might bring the server back to central. In that case he'd probably get 60 ping (i got mid 40s). That would be good enough to play pf.
You could play with another pf/c/ct that has better ping and focus more on mid shot/ dunking.
