Well as much as I hate guarding dashing teams you gotta learn how to guard them I main pg so I try to intercept the other pg or face him up but if your guarding dashing sg or sf your gonna have to switch alot
what other skill in the game gets used 50 or 60 or 100 times per game. endless dash dash dash dash
id rather fight against dash than Iso anyday lol.
I LOVE to defend the Point guard in a dash team. It makes me so happy, getting a bunch of bumps and steals, and ruining the passes to disrupt the dash..
Heres some examples of some good bumps/steal attempts against a pro dash pg:

As for defending the dasher, best thing I can tell you is to move as much as possible, never stop moving. And if you ever face a moving screen bigman (where they just move around and screen when they know you are walking towards them) You just simply bait the screen by pretending to walk into them. This will make them do an unplanned screen which confuses the dasher.
Here is a video of my team going against a pro dash team:

The thing is lot of bigman does not want to switch up.
The main idea of screen is to FORCE player to SWITCH.
Here's 3 ways to stop screen:
1. Switch PG/DG with SF/SG. Their fast speed, stamina, and little body can fight screen.
2. Pressure your opponent PG/DG (steal, bumping, etc) and anticipate their passing lane, and intercept.
3. Switch with your bigman. Have bigman trap opponent SG and gave up layup opportunities.
The thing is you need to rely on your Big / Playmaker to stop DASH.
