Double Clutch can't be activated

I have been having problem with double clutch, seems like it cant be activated at all, i get 0/10 in practice mode, it just doesnt come out at all!!! i have follow the instruction correctly and run and tap D repeatly, but it just doesnt activate double clutch!

It will ended up with a dunk or lay up or fake, but the double clutch will never come out, i mean, if it is a failed double clutch at most i have the motion but dont score, but now i cant even get the double clutch motion out! plssss help!!!

Press the layup button twice as fast as possbile sir. You only need to press it twice too...
