i bought today the ox queen vip package and i only got the vip from it and didnt got any ox queen ticket can anyone hjelp me pls

Its actually a package that is named after a character... not necessarily contain that 'named' character coupon... You should check the contain before purchasing anything.

(There is several package like that)
