I am loving the game so far, but that is making it fairly difficult for me to play.
If you're going to make an ARPG, at least let it handle like an ARPG.
Diablo, Path of Exile, Torchlight, Grim Dawn, Van Helsing... their controls are fluid, seamless.
In Ember, I can right-click to move, but I can't right-click to pick up objects - I have to left-click. If I left click and move the mouse slightly, I've just moved my screen. I can't right-click to attack, I have to left-click.
This is immediately frustrating in the first 5 minutes of gameplay.
It's Party based cRPG with RtwP combat not an Action RPG. Though that's no reason not to implement click and hold movement.
Yep. Glad someone else sees this fact. You can always scroll the screen a bit in any direction, click once on the furthest point and run as far as the pathfinding allows.
Hmmm. I still wonder if those people who also wanted a WALK BUTTON thanks to only watching videos and not playing the game are still asking for one?
