No sound in opening scene

Not sure what I may be doing wrong but the opening scene of the game is completely silent. Sound works great in the game and the menu. Any suggestions?

Have you tried replaying it but in the opposite screen mode you were using?

i.e. if you were in 'fullscreen' try changing it to windowed, exiting, reentering and rewatching, etc.

I know that might not be it since you're saying the sound works otherwise but you never know.

Try that 'windowed borderless' program too if you have it.
