where to get empty flask

ive looked everywhere and couldnt find any info about it.

I have alot of ingredients to make potions but cannot find any empty flasks anywhere, except for the 3 free flasks we get by learning how to make potions.

Im enjoying the game but since i cannot use any potions its kinda hard.
(i know you can buy them but theyre expensive as hell)

The earliest vendor that sells them is the alchemy tutorial monk in Radiance (Jarin the Scholar), but also any alchemist sells them in any towns you get to later in the game.
